Getting Started
Pink Out NJ helps schools, teams and organizations create amazing Pink Out apparel with professional designs and an easy ordering process.
We work with schools, booster clubs, PTO/PTAs, athletic teams, recreation programs, community organizations, businesses and fundraising groups throughout New Jersey.
Not at all. We are local to NJ, but can send out great shirts almost anywhere.
We recommend contacting us 3-6 weeks before your event whenever possible. If your event is sooner, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
Even if you don't know your final quantity, the sooner you reach out the better. Getting the process started, determining the design you like and understanding the pricing are all great places to start.
Maybe. Once an order is put into production it's not always possible to add items into that production run. Of course we will always try to accommodate as best we can, sometimes a small handling charge might be necessary to expedite a small add-on.
Once a design has been approved for production it may not be possible to change it. If the order hasn't been sent to print we may be able to catch it in time.
Our experience shows that two to three weeks is ample time for individuals to place their orders. What's key is to send them several reminders that the sale is open.
Designs & Artwork
Yes. Most of our designs can be personalized with your school name, mascot, team name, event name and year.
Absolutely. We can print your artwork or help improve it if needed.
Yes. If you're looking for something unique, we'll work with you to create a custom design for your event.
Yes. We ALWAYS provide a proof for your approval before production begins on any design that has customization.
Absolutely! We will be happy to work with you to customize the design for your school or event.
Yes, if you are able to get sponsors we are happy to help layout the back for you. We would just need good high resolution images of all the logos to include.
Yes, custom player names and numbers are available if needed. We have several great fonts to choose from.
Yes, we are a full service custom apparel decorator. You are not limited by the designs and styles you see here.
Ordering
We offer two easy options:
- Bulk Orders – You collect the sizes and quantities, then send us the totals.
- Online Spiritwear Store Ordering – We build an online store and individuals place and pay for their own orders.

Yes. Our online ordering option makes it easy for individuals to place their own orders.
Absolutely. Many schools prefer collecting their own orders and simply submitting the totals to us.
Please contact us for current minimum order requirements, as they can vary depending on the project.
Apparel
We offer quality t-shirts and sweatshirts from trusted brands. Additional apparel may also be available if there is a specific need.
Yes. Most garments are available in youth and adult sizes, including extended adult sizes.
Pink and black are our most popular colors, but many designs are available on white, athletic heather and other garment colors if there is a specific look you need.
You can have different designs on t-shirts and hoodies. Each would be priced as separate orders adding a little bit to the cost. When we are able to put the same design on everything it helps to keep everybody's costs lower.
Production & Delivery
Most orders are completed approximately 7-10 days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available depending on our schedule.
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll review your timeline and recommend the fastest solution available.
Bulk orders are organized by size. Parent orders are individually labeled and packaged by customer whenever applicable.
Yes. We can ship orders via UPS or arrange local pickup in either Springfield or Cranford, depending on your preference.
No, unless it is really necessary. The postage cost is the biggest challenge with individual orders. The cost of postage to ship individual orders can get pricey.
We do everything we can to accommodate those situations. There may be some additional fees to cover the extra handling. We cannot guarantee that late orders can be accommodated.
Due to the high cost of production we do not offer pre-production samples. If you would like to see the shirts and the quality of the print we do, you are welcome to come visit us in Springfield or Cranford.
Distribution
For online individual sales, all orders are bagged by order. For bulk orders by default they are not. If that is something that is required we can individually bag garments for a small additional fee.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on garment style, quantity and decoration. We'll provide a detailed quote before moving forward.
Yes. We offer tiered pricing, so the more you order, the lower the cost per item. Using the same print on all the garments, like a t-shirt and a hoodie combines the quantities for pricing as long as they use the same print.
No, we prefer to be upfront about the pricing so there are no surprises.
Basic customization is generally included. More complex custom artwork may require additional design time.
We accept major credit cards, checks and school purchase orders when applicable.
For bulk orders prepayment is required. We can take a credit card to hold the order while a check is being prepared. That check would need to be brought when picking up the order. For school purchase orders, a signed approved purchase order from the school is required before starting production.
In New Jersey there is no sales tax on clothing. For accessories sales tax would apply based on the item. 501C and non profits just need to let us know so we can flag them as tax exempt.
